Terms and Conditions of Registration

Registration in the JGA Football NEXUS individual performance academy implies the full acceptance of the following conditions by the student's parents, mothers, or legal guardians.

1. Operational Model & Reduced Groups

• Activity days: Sessions are taught Monday to Thursday in the schedules assigned to each student.
• Exclusive ratio: The academy works with a maximum ratio of 1 coach for every 4 students (1:4).
• Nominal spots: Each spot is linked to a specific shift and is not interchangeable unless expressly authorized by the management.

3. Registration - Conditions, Promotions & Refunds

• The registration fee has a standard cost of 90 €.
• The academy may offer temporary promotions, such as early bird discounts or reduced prices for early registrations.
• These promotions do not modify the general conditions or the standard price of registration, and will apply only during the announced periods.
• The registration fee is non-refundable, as it is allocated to:
  • student registration in the technical platform,
  • civil liability insurance,
  • personalized official JGA Football NEXUS kit.
• Exceptions (only with official accreditation):
  1. Injury or illness that prevents sports practice for more than 2 months.
  2. Relocation of residence outside the province.

4. Trial Session

• The first attendance of the student will be a paid trial session:
  • Málaga → 15,0 €
  • Zaragoza → 12,5 €
• If the student enrolls after the trial: The trial session fee is deducted from the first cycle of 4 sessions.
• If the student does not continue: There is no refund for the trial.

5. Cycle Payment System (4 Sessions)

• Each payment (manual or subscription) entitles the student to 4 training sessions.
• Cycles do not depend on the calendar month or specific weeks.
• The cycle begins at the first session the student attends after formalizing payment.
• Once the 4 sessions have been consumed, the student must acquire a new cycle to keep their spot active.

6. Subscription – Conditions

• The subscription includes:
  • reduced price per training cycle,
  • automatic renewal every 4 sessions.
• Minimum commitment: 2 consecutive cycles (8 sessions).
• After the minimum commitment, the subscription can be canceled at any time.
• Cancellation must be communicated at most the day before the fourth session of the current cycle.
• If cancellation is requested on the day of the fourth session or after:
  • the cycle will be considered completed,
  • automatic renewal of the next cycle will proceed,
  • no refunds will be made for the renewed cycle.
• If canceled before completing the minimum commitment, the pending cycle must be paid to formalize withdrawal.
• The subscription guarantees the reservation of the spot while active.

7. Manual Payment

• Manual payment has no commitment.
• The student must acquire a new cycle when they have consumed the previous 4 sessions.
• The spot is not reserved if the student does not renew on time.

8. Attendance & Make-up Policy

• Notice with more than 24 hours: The student can make up the session in another shift of the same week or the following week, provided there is a vacancy within the 1:4 ratio.
• Notice with less than 24 hours or absence without notice: The session is lost with no right to make-up or compensation.
• Cancellations due to external causes (weather or facilities):
  • An alternative date will be offered.
  • If this is not possible, 1 extra session will be added to the next cycle.

9. Withdrawal Policy

• Withdrawal must be communicated in writing.
• Withdrawal becomes effective at the end of the current training cycle.
• If the student is under minimum commitment, they must complete the pending cycles.
• No refunds are made for cycles already started.

10. Non-Payment Policy

• If a cycle is not paid: the student will be temporarily suspended.
• If 30 days pass without regularization:
  • automatic cancellation will occur,
  • the spot will be released,
  • to re-enroll, a new registration fee must be paid.

11. Shift Changes

• Changes are only allowed if there is availability in the new shift.
• Maximum of 1 change per cycle.
• Documented school reasons will have priority.

12. Use of Facilities, Uniforms and Conduct

• Students must always attend with official NEXUS equipment.
• Internal rules of sports complexes must be respected.

13. Image Rights

The authorization for the capture and publication of images and videos of the student is optional. If this consent has been granted during the registration process (by checking the corresponding box), guardians authorize the use of this material for sports, training, and promotional purposes of the academy.

This authorization may be revoked at any time by written request addressed to the management of JGA Football NEXUS.

The revocation will only apply to material generated after the date of communication, without retroactive effect. Content already published or produced before the revocation will not be removed, forming part of the historical and promotional archive of the academy.

14. Data Protection (GDPR)

• Controller: JGA Football NEXUS.
• Purpose: administrative, sports, and communicative management.
• Guardians can exercise their rights by written request to the academy.

15. Acceptance of Conditions

Enrollment in JGA Football NEXUS implies full acceptance of this document, which may be updated by management to improve academy operations.
